We have owned this model since 03/3023. We did incur troubling shakedown issues that Paso Robles Sky River RV resolved under warranty. No questions asked. Aces to them in that regard. This unit is a perfect amalgamation of the 4 other TT's we've owned over the past 20 years. It has the amenities we value while leaving out others that we do not need at this particular point in our lives, i.e., a separate bathroom space. The fact that it fits in our garage in a HOA restrictive subdivision was the absolute kicker. We tow it with 2 different rigs but just to let you know your options, the smallest vehicle is a 2020 Honda Passport Elite AWD with the added on OEM type pkg & transmission cooler. I designed this combo as a perfect sized fit for the two. It tows perfectly. Mountainous areas are not a hindrance. Our 2023 Forest River Flagstaff T12RBST is a campground discussion starter. Sometimes, too much so. We want to relax while others want to routinely stop by to ask about our unit. We always kindly oblige. My end point being, she's a looker that people want to know more about this model. We understand because that is why we bought it (when we could have bought anything we wanted within our tow vehicle specs). Happy camping to all!

What’s the weight capacity for the bunks?

Quality RV🤣 I just bought one and I assure you the quality isn’t there. Two overhead lights about the bed are off about one inch from each other. Trim is horrible. Wolf Pup light on floor is crooked. I could go on and on.

This is a truly unique layout. It is interesting that the East Coast version (24DBS) is a bit different but not in obvious ways... I like the west coast version personally. The 26DBS has an "actual" door with a doorknob (as of March 2023/could change before I'm done reading) vs the folding door with magnets for the bunkroom in the 24. Further, there are small sliding doors under the bunk (storage area) on the 26's vs the 24's. The West coast version also still has a propane/elect refrigerator. I've seen a couple with the Lippert add a ladder hook up on the back but that might be dealer specific, not sure. You can buy the Lippert roof ladder after market if you want. I've also seen the slide button in different places on a few. I prefer the right in the door location... I live in the west and am looking at this layout as one of "her" boxes to check off is a doored bunkroom, but one of mine is as short as possible. ALL others with private bunk rooms are at least 34 feet and up. Plus we would like double bunks vs the teeny tiny bunks in most private bedrooms designed for kids under about thirteen years old. So, after extensive research, this is the shortest private bunkroom with double bunks that is out there in the American market...period... Nothing else is within 3.5 feet in length of this. It has many other "little" things that make it worth a look. One is the huge storage in front/slam doors, and the TPMS pre-set up. It's a very good weight with the wide stance axles and with GVWR under 10K and a loaded hitch weight of about 1K once its all set up, it is "Perfect" for our needs and that of a Ram 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi. It has a huge gray water tank at 80 gallons so your boondocking without having to drain is upped by a couple days for a couple vs most others. So, even if you gotta haul water to fill up your water tank you still got gray water capacity. NICE, maybe I can leave the portable gray tank home. I still have right at 2K in payload left so can load up the bed with a generator and tools etc. The length alone at UNDER 31 Feet opens up quite a few more campsites across the board than once you cross that 32 to 33 foot length that tends to limit you quite a bit in choices...

Sitting in our 2021 GT7 36K7 watching this video.... 🤔 wondering if I should talk about the good experiences we've enjoyed as we full time in our Georgetown. 😁 OK 🤗 our 7.3 V8 gasser, fully loaded and pulling a 'toad' gets 7.5 to 8 MPG on reg 87 octane. We pulled the Rockies, Sierra-Nevedas and the Cascades and still, our average remained the same. The 7.3 V8 gasser wasn't built to flatten mountains but it gets the job done. I would recommend, if traveling higher elevations and hotter temps, kick the octane up a notch. 👍 Welp.... I guess that's it regarding my thoughts for the Georgetown GT 7 series. I absolutely what jayco has done with the 2022 models. Upgraded roof, proper outdoor speakers, and fully in enclosed pass-through. I am confused on one thing. Baja editions have always come with steel wheels. Those look aluminum. What's up with that?

I am happy to say, because of these people, my wife and I are now 'reformed disgruntled' 2021 Georgetown GT 7 fulltimers. These folks are an asset to Forest River without a doubt. If I were an owner of any industry, I'd want these guys and gals on my team. Thanks guys, we are happy campers once again. Annnnnd now, back to our regular programming.🤭
